Users with the following permissions: 

  • Bills and Expected Payments → Manage Bills without Creating Draft of Expected Payments for Students in DROPPED/LOA Dropped Stage of Pipeline in Group


Case:

Bills can be added without creating the Expected Payments draft for students in the DROPPED/LOA Dropped status.


Problem:

There is no ability to void, edit, or delete such bills without creating the Expected Payment Draft.


Solution:

Added the ability to void, edit, and delete bills that were created without the Expected Payments Draft. These actions can be performed using the corresponding items in the Actions menu of any bill or expected payment.

Such bills will also have an explanation in the Comment field saying that the bill was created without the Expected Payments Draft.
