Locations:

  • Leads & Students → Student "Name": Enrollment Agreement 
  • Leads & Students → Group "Name": Enrollment Agreement Template
  • Admin → Programs → Edit


Users with the following permissions: 

  • Admin - Programs → Edit
  • Enrollment → Edit


Case:

For some groups, the tuition fee charges cannot be calculated using cost per hour (credit).


Problem:

There is no ability to disable the automatic tuition fee charges calculation.


Solution:

Added the Enable the "Cost per Hour/Credit" Input Field and the Automatic Tuition Fee Calculation setting to the program properties. If the setting is disabled:

  1. The group EA template will not have the Cost per Hour (Credit) field and the tuition fee charges will not be calculated automatically.
  2. The student’s Enrollment Agreement will not have the Cost per Hour (Credit) field and the tuition fee charges will not be calculated automatically.
