  • Billing Reports → Aging Summary Billing → Student "Name": Bills/Payments


Users with the following permissions: 

  • Billing Reports → View Aging Summary
  • Billing Reports → View Customer Balance Detail
  • Billing Reports → View Customer Balance Summary
  • Billing Reports → View Overdue Bills


Case:

We need to know the billing balance of a student for a certain date.


Problem:

The intermediate balance after each transaction is not calculated on the page with all billing transactions of a student.


Solution:

Added the Balance column to the Bills/Payments page of a student:
