Registration Form: Added Bills for Registration Fee Charges

Locations:

Users with the following permissions:

• Leads & Students → View Registration Form
• Leads & Students → Edit Registration Form

Case:

A student should have a bill to pay the registration fee during the registration process.

Problem:

GEGI does not allow creating bills during the registration because the Expected Payments section does not exist at this moment.

Solution:

On the Registration Form, a bill is automatically added with the same amount and date for every charge. The changes to the amount or the date of the charge will be reflected in the bill as well.

Added the Billed column to the Charges table on the Registration Form page. The column shows the bill information:

After creating the Enrollment Agreement, the created bills will be shown in Expected Payments and will be available for editing.
