As soon as the Enrollment process is compete then comes a Financial Aid creation procedure. What FA plan stands for in GEGI?


Financial Aid Plan - is the plan of paying for a student's study. It contains the plan of payments that will cover the student's study costs, as well as the received credits, grants, and awards.


Please note that FA plan can be created in case there is an already Enrollment Agreement (EA) created for a student . 


The FA plan can be created in the student’s profile on the Financial tab.  Then go to Details & Financial Aid Plans tab click the Create Financial Aid Plan link in the corresponding row of a group on the Groups panel:



Once the FA plan is created, a user shall fill in all the required and mandatory fields, and information so that the student will have all correct data specified allowing them to be able to get the financial aid (such as Grants, Loans and etc.).
