A school is offering students a Transcript PDF.
Problem:
There is no information in the Transcript PDF that allows unambiguously identifying a student.
Solution:
Added the Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY) field and the SSN (***-**-1234) field to the Transcript PDF.
