Locations:

  • Financial → Add → Payment
  • Financial → Add → Award Refund
  • Leads & Students → Student "Name": Financial → Payments and Refunds


Users with the following permissions: 

  • Financial → Received Payments → Edit Deposited Payments


Case:

In some situations the student and the award need to be changed for deposited refunds.


Problem:

There is no ability to change the student or the award for deposited refunds in GEGI.


Solution:


Added the ability to change the Award value:



You can also change the student in the refund with taking into account pending and closed periods.

To change the student, click the select link beside the student’s name, select the new student by clicking the student’s name, and save the form:



Changing the student is also possible for the refunds with a payment type other than Credit Card or Returned Check.


Note: The standard closed and pending periods limitations apply when editing refunds.
