Student Folders: Added Permission to View Documents with SSN

Locations:

• Student "Name": Student Folders
• Admin → Student Folders & Templates →  Student Folders

Users with the following permissions:

• Leads & Students → View SSN/ITIN

Case:

Student SSN is included in some of the documents in Student Folders.

Problem:

Users with access to Student Folders can download all documents including the ones with SSNs.

Solution:

You can define if a document Contains SSN on the following page: Admin → Student Folders & Templates →  Student Folders:

Documents with this option enabled will be available to download only for users with the View SSN/ITIN permission.

Otherwise, the user will see the following message when downloading the document:
