Users with the following permissions:

  • Education → Attendance → Add Attendance Classes or Logs with Duration More than Total Required Hours in Course
  • Education → Clinical → Attendance Add Clinical Attendance Classes or Logs with Duration More than Total Required Hours in Course


Case:

Courses allow planning classes with a custom amount of hours.


Problem:

If the sum of hours of the planned course classes exceeds the number of hours defined in the course settings, the revenue for that course cannot be calculated.


Solution:

Added the validation for the number of hours that exceed the number defined in the course settings:



The same validation is added to the form for adding hours in the attendance log format:



Note: The hours can be added without this limitation if a user has the following permissions: Education → Attendance → Add Attendance Classes or Logs with Duration More than Total Required Hours in Course, Education →  Clinical → Attendance Add Clinical Attendance Classes or Logs with Duration More than Total Required Hours in Course.
