Added the Validation of All Grades Before Setting Is Final Grade

Locations:

• Education → Cohorts & Didactic Groups → Group "Name": Education Group Details → View or Record Grades
• Education → Clinical Groups → Clinical Group "Name" → Clinical Group "Name": Clinical Rotations → View or Record Grades

Users with the following permissions:

• Education - Grading → Set "Is Final Grade?" Flag for Students with Empty Grades
• Education - Clinical Grading → Set "Is Final Grade?" Flag for Students with Empty Grades in CR

Case:

After a student completes a course, the Is Final Grade setting for the course gets checked.

Problem:

Is Final Grade can be set without any grades for each grading component. The final grade may get incorrect in such cases.

Solution:

Added the limitation to set Is Final Grade for students who have no grades for some of the grading components:

Note: The limitation can be lifted using the Ignore Limitations and Save button. This requires the following permission: Education →  Grading → Set "Is Final Grade?" Flag for Students with Empty Grades for didactic groups and Education →  Clinical Grading → Set "Is Final Grade?" Flag for Students with Empty Grades in CR for clinical rotations.
