Locations:
- Leads & Students → Student "Name": Lead Details → Student "Name": Data in Group

Users with the following permissions:
- Leads & Students → Can Ignore limitation Student Group Official Graduation Date = Checklist Last Passed Date
- Leads & Students → Can Ignore limitation Student Group Official Graduation Date = Official Completion Date
Case:
After a student finishes studying the official graduation date needs to be set.
Problem:
It is impossible to configure a rule to automatically set the official graduation date to the official completion date.
Solution:
Added the Official Graduation Date Is Equal to setting to the program settings. It has two options:
- Official Completion Date
- Last HESI Grade Date
After the stage of the pipeline changes to GRADUATED, the official graduation date changes to the selected option automatically.
There is an ability to override the rule for each student individually or enter the official graduation date manually:
