Sorting by Columns

All reports allow sorting by any column by clicking the drop-down arrow near a column name. The up or down arrows define the ascending and the descending sorting order respectively:

Note: This sorting type supports only one column for sorting.

If you need multiple columns sorting, click the diagram button (Show Editor) in the upper right corner above the column names:

You will see the editor window where you need to select the Sort option below the report title:

It will open a panel for column selection. Click the columns you need or start typing the column name in the Find field. Add columns by clicking the “plus” button:

Note: The order of the columns corresponds to the report’s sorting order (sorting by the first column, then by the second, and so on). Use the up and down arrows to change the sorting order to ascending and descending respectively.

After selecting the columns and setting the sorting order, click the Visualize button. The report will be shown with the selected sorting applied.

Filtering by Columns

All reports allow filtering by any column by clicking the drop-down arrow near a column name:

Clicking Filter by this column will open the filter panel where you can select the text filter type and the existing values:

Click the Add filter button to apply the filter to the column.

Note: This filter type supports only one column for sorting.

Filtering can be also done for multiple columns at once using the Filter button in the upper panel above the table:

After clicking this button, you will see a window with all available columns of the report where you can configure the filtering. The filter type depends on the value type of the column (date, text, amount, etc.).
