Case:

When creating a draft Enrollment Agreement, a draft Financial Aid plan is created automatically. The changes in the Enrollment Agreement are applied to the Financial Aid plan as well.


Problem:

There is no ability to know when the Financial Aid plan changes occur after changing the Enrollment Agreement.


Solution:

Added the new notification type that can be assigned to users in the User Notifications section:

  • Receive emails after creating an Enrollment Agreement draft from a previously populated version (own students)
  • Receive emails after creating an Enrollment Agreement draft from a previously populated version (own campuses and programs)



Now, when a student has a new draft Enrollment Agreement created from the previously populated version, the information about such drafts is collected and the corresponding users get a daily email notification:
