Withdrawal Worksheet
Withdrawal Worksheet — a form filled in during the student’s withdrawal process. The form contains the information about courses, attended course hours, received books, and the general withdrawal information such as the last attendance date or the withdrawal date:
Creating Withdrawal Worksheet
When a student gets into the DROPPED status, the system automatically prompts to create a Withdrawal Worksheet:
You can also create and fill in the Withdrawal Worksheet in the Stages of Pipeline in Group section of the Data in Group page. The Withdrawal Worksheet is available for the following statuses: DROPPED, DROPPED Pending, DROPPED Transferred, NOT STARTED, and LOA Dropped:
Editing Withdrawal Worksheet
Click View near WW Form in the Stages of Pipeline in Group section of the Data in Group page:
You will see a page with the Edit button available. Click Edit to start editing the form:

Assigned Books Section
The Withdrawal Worksheet form also has a list of books received by the student:
The Assigned Books section will show a list of books from the Enrollment Agreement with a green checkmark in the Received column reflecting the student has received the book. A book is automatically marked with the green checkmark if the student completed or attended a course related to the book.
Populating Withdrawal Worksheet
The Withdrawal Worksheet form can be populated after editing and filling in the required field. The populated form has the PDF button available used for reviewing the form in the PDF format and further signing:
