  • Financial → View (all students)
  • Financial → View (own students)
  • Financial → Update Financial Aid Plans and FA Tracking Forms from ISIR
  • Financial →  FA Tracking Form →  View FA Tracking Forms (all students)
  • Financial →  FA Tracking Form →  View FA Tracking Forms (own campuses and programs)


Case:

Starting from award year 2024-2025 new values are added to ISIR and used to calculate Pell: Student Aid Index (SAI), Pell Eligibility.


Problem:

The Financial Aid Plan does not show Student Aid Index (SAI) and Pell Eligibility.


Solution:

Added the Student Aid Index (SAI) and the Pell Eligibility rows to the Financial Aid Plan and the FA Tracking Form:



The values can be downloaded from ISIR to the Financial Aid Plan from the Update ISIR Data from ISIRs interface the same way other ISIR Data values are downloaded.


The cells have tooltips that describe the origin of the values:



You can also enter values manually:



Student Aid Index (SAI) and Pell Eligibility can also be edited starting from award year 2024-2025. Earlier years cells will show "N/A".
