The Students Transfer Credit Courses Report was created to search the data of course credit transfer requests, and shows transfer credit courses with corresponding credit granted courses. It helps to accelerate the decision regarding the new student’s applications for credit granted courses. 

The report is implemented in the GEGI Reporting System and is available in the Leads ReportsStudents Transfer Credit Courses menu:




The report shows pairs of provided transfer credit courses and requested credit granted courses, and distributes the data among the following columns:

  • Student Full Name — the full name of the student who provided these transfer credits courses to get the specified credit granted courses.
  • Transfer Institution — the name of the institution where the transfer credit course was acquired.
  • Transfer Course Number — the number of a transfer credit course.
  • Transfer Course Title — the title of a transfer credit course. 
  • Transfer Credit Hours Term — the term in which provided credit hours were acquired by the student for a quarter or a semester. 
  • Grade — the grade received by the student for the provided transfer credit course.
  • Program — the name of the program of the requested credit granted course.
  • Course Number — the course number of the requested credit granted course.
  • Course Title — the course title of the requested credit granted course.
  • Status — the status of the application. It can be Approved, Pending, or Rejected.
  • Status Updated Date — the last date when the status was changed.
  • Created — the date when the information about the transfer credit course and inquired credit granted course was added.
