TABLE OF CONTENTS
The Start/Stop report helps you better track student enrollment trends across time. This report summarizes student activity by calendar month, providing a clear overview of how your student population changes month to month.
The report is available in two formats:
Monthly Summary Report
Shows aggregated data by calendar month.
Useful for high-level tracking and trend analysis.
Student-Level Report
Displays the same metrics by individual student.
Includes an additional filter by status: Beginning, New, Restarts, Drops, Graduated, Ending.
Ideal for audits, follow-ups, and detailed operational review.
You can access both versions in the GEGI Reporting System, using the same filters (program, campus, year).
The Start/Stop report is also available in the Education → Education Reports → Start/Stop Reports menu.
Start/Stop Monthly Report
Available at Education → Education Reports → Start/Stop Monthly Report.
Each row in the report represents a calendar month. The report contains the following columns:
Beginning — the number of students enrolled at the start of the month.
New — the number of students who started during the month.
Restarts — the number of students who re-enrolled in the same program after being dropped.
Drops — the number of students who dropped during the month.
Graduated — the number of students who completed their studies during the month.
Ending — the number of students still enrolled at the end of the month.
