The My Profile page (Main → My Profile) displays your account information, including your name, contact details, campus assignments, roles, and notification settings. 



Notifications


To view or update your email notification subscriptions, click the link in the Notifications row. The My Notifications page lists all available notifications grouped by category. Check or uncheck items to subscribe or unsubscribe, then click Save: 



API Key


Users with the Use personal API key permission can generate a personal API key directly from My Profile.

  • If no key exists, click Generate API Key to create one.
  • If a key already exists, the masked key (e.g., ******1AB2) and a Regenerate API Key button are displayed.

After generating a key, a dialog displays the full key along with a prompt to copy and save it — the key cannot be retrieved again. 


To reset an existing key, click Regenerate API Key. The old key will be permanently deactivated.
