The Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education (CPE) requires licensed schools to submit quarterly enrollment reports for Nevada-based students and programs. GEGI allows collecting this data automatically for the Nevada Quarterly Report.
Nevada Quarterly Report
This report provides quarterly enrollment and fee information for Nevada-licensed programs. The report is generated in the GEGI Reporting System (Dashboards → Reporting System → GEGI Reports → Financial Reports → Nevada Quarterly Report).

The report has the following fields:
- Reporting Period — the calendar year and quarter of the report (example: 2026Q1).
- Total New Students Enrolled — the number of new students enrolled during the reporting period.
- CPE Fee Rate — Nevada CPE fee amount.
- Total CPE Fees Due — calculated as Total New Students Enrolled × CPE Fee Rate.
Note: CPE Fee Rate is configured in Admin → School Settings.
The default value is $5.00.
The report supports the following filters: Campus, Reporting Period, Program.
A student counts as a new student only if both conditions are met:
- The student’s Official Student Start Date falls within the reporting period.
- The student had an Active stage for at least one day during the reporting period.
If a student re-enrolls into a new group during a different reporting period, the student counts again as a new student for that quarter.
Setting Up Programs for the Report
For a program to appear in the Nevada Quarterly Report, it must be configured in the program settings (Admin → Programs). In the Nevada Reports section on the program details page:

Only students from groups located in Nevada appear in the report.
