The JRCERT: Placement Rate Report displays job placement outcomes by calendar year to support JRCERT accreditation reporting. You can access the report at Placement → JRCERT: Placement Rate Report.


The report includes the following columns:

  • Year.
  • Total Graduates: GRADUATED students with an Official Graduation Date within the calendar year.
  • Unavailable: students with "Unavailable" in the Placement Field and an Unavailability Reason marked as "Continuing Education" or "Active Duty."
  • Actively Seeking: Total Graduates minus Unavailable.
  • Employed in Field: students with "Placed in Field (F)" in the Placement Field and an Employment Date within 365 days of their Official Graduation Date.
  • Annual Rate (%): (Employed in Field ÷ Actively Seeking × 100). The grand total row uses column sums, not an average of individual year rates.
