Compatible Browsers
The recommended minimum screen resolution is 1024x768.
Incompatible Browsers
Please, note that any other desktop browser than the above listed in the “Compatible Browsers” section may not work with GEGI.
You may run into issues with GEGI if you are running an outdated version of a browser.

Incompatible Browser Extensions
Incompatible browser extensions are most likely to be the cause of strange GEGI behavior, such as running slowly, crashing, etc.
In such cases, please, try disabling extensions to see if that fixes the problem.

- In Microsoft Edge
Also, you can try using an Incognito window in browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge) for GEGI. By default, Incognito Mode has all installed extensions disabled, unless you explicitly enable them for Incognito Mode in the browser settings.
Here are some of the extensions that have caused issues in the past. This list is not exhaustive, and these extensions won’t necessarily interfere:

Note: Please, contact GEGI LLC support if you are using the latest compatible browser and experience any issues.
Mobile Platforms
GEGI works correctly on all mobile platforms. But we recommend using desktop browsers for better user experience and convenience.
The e-sign packages signing is available on iOS and Android devices but is not available on Windows Phones and Windows Tablets. More information about e-sign you can find in the E-Sign Guide.
