Programs: Set up programs without financial aid

Locations:

• Admin → Programs → Add New Program page
• Admin → Programs → Program "Name" page → Edit tab

Users with the following permissions: 

• Programs → Add
• Programs → Edit

Case:

There are programs that don't offer financial aid. But there is no way to configure it in GEGI.

Problem:

How to configure a program that doesn't offer financial aid?

Solution:

For such programs there is a new program setting that will allow an easy configuration.

• Open Program "Name" page → Edit tab.
• Select No in Financial Aid is Available setting:
  
  

  
  
  

• Click Save button.
  
  

By selecting No the system will not require the FA mandatory fields:

• Payment Plans are not available for groups and students.
• FA charges are not available. All charges are Not FA by default.
• Payment Agreement (PDF) will display the appropriate information (see below) :
