Case:

Employees need to control processes (ex: enrollment) simultaneously for all groups with the same start date.

Problem: 

How to combine groups with the same start date?

Solution: 

Cohorts combine groups that have the same start date.

Cohort name consists of short campus name, if all groups are in the same campus (in the image below is "FI") + short program name (in the image below is "AS RT") + start date:
