Locations:

Users with the following permissions 

  • Programs → Add
  • Programs → Edit

Case:

The program needs a different type of hours: Contact Hours. Currently, only one type of hours is set for this program: Clock Hours. Need to be able to change the type of hours for a specific program.

 

Problem:

Need to be able to change the type of hours for a specific program. 

 

Solution: 

The Type of Hours field for programs was added. This setting is located in the Education panel:

The type of hours set will be displayed everywhere on the interface and for applicable documents (e.g. Transcript PDF).


Note: On the pages with lists (e.g. Education Programs page) containing programs with different types of hours, the column will be titled Clock/Contact Hours:
