Locations: 

  • Leads/Students → Add New Lead
  • Students "Name": Lead - Details page → Edit


Users with the following permissions:

  • Leads/Students →  Add
  • Leads/Students →  Edit (only students who is not in the Enrollment Module)
  • Enrollment →  Edit


Case:

When adding or editing a student in GEGI, the name is automatically changed to the general "Xxx" format (first letter is uppercase, the rest are lowercase), however such format doesn't work with such names as "Edward Johnson III", "Ronald McDonald", "Edwin van der Sar", etc. 


Problem:

How can users save the name in the format it was inputted?


Solution:

Now the name is saved in the same exact format as it was entered by the user:



Please note that the system will offer to change the name to the general "Xxx" format, if it does not fit any of the following formats: 
  • Xxx de Xxx, Xxx le Xxx, Xxx de la Xxx (for example: Van de Kamp, Martin le Roi, Emma de la Garcia)
  • Xxx II, Xxx III, Xxx IV (for example: Paul Walker III)
  • McXxx (for example: Kevin McCallister):
