Users with the following permissions: 

  • Education - PDF: Print Student Unofficial Transcript 
  • Education - PDF: Print Student Official Transcript

 

Case:

Only clock/contact hours are used for program GPA calculations and this leads to incorrect GPA in student transcripts. There should be an ability to use credit hours too.


Problem:

How to configure a program to correctly calculate student's GPA using credit hours? 

 

Solution:

Added the ability to choose either Clock/Contact Hours or Credit Hours for GPA calculations.

Select the hours type for GPA calculation in the GPA is Calculated Based on drop-down list at the Program “Name” page:
