Case:

There are duplicated students' profiles in different campuses.

Problem:

How to merge duplicated students' profiles from different campuses?

 

Solution:

The ability to merge students from different campuses using the Merge Students button on the Student "Name": Lead - Details page was added:



Also there is an ability to work with Leads Reports → Duplicate Students report in the All My Campuses mode:



The Search Student Duplicates within One Campus in the Duplicated Students Report setting was added in the Student Options section on the Admin → School Settings page:



This setting works as follows:

  • If it's enabled: the Show Duplicates from Other Campuses checkbox in the Duplicated Students report will be unchecked by default and users will not receive email notifications about duplicates in other campuses.
  • If it's disabled: the Show Duplicates from Other Campuses checkbox in the Duplicated Students report will be checked and email notifications about duplicates among all campuses will be sent out.
