Do the following steps to export autofill file for the Ambassador Bookshelf:

  1. Open the Group "Name": Group Details page and click on the Ambassador Bookshelf button below the Group panel:


  2. On the Group "Name": Step 1 of 4 - Select Students to Export Autofill File for Ambassador Bookshelf page select students in the Students panel and click the Next button:


  3. On the Group "Name": Step 2 of 4 - Upload Booklist to Export Autofill File for Ambassador Bookshelf page upload the booklist to the Upload File panel and click the Next button.
    Note: The file must contain the following columns: Program, Course Name, Course Code:



  1. On the Group "Name": Step 3 of 4 - Select Courses to Export Autofill File for Ambassador Bookshelf page select courses in the Imported Booklist Data panel and click the Next button:


  2. On the Group "Name": Step 4 of 4 - Review and Export Autofill File for Ambassador Bookshelf page first review the students in the Students without Required Data panel and enter the missing information:


    When the information is complete, click the Export button above or below the Data for Export panel:


  3. Then the CSV file will be downloaded.
