Locations:

  • Student "Name": Lead → Details
  • Admin → Lists (Countries, ...) → Alternative Email Titles

Users with the following permissions: 

  • Leads/Students → Add
  • Leads/Students → Edit

 

Case:

A student can have multiple email addresses, the system allows to specify only one email. 

 

Problem:

Where can the alternative emails be added? 

 

Solution:

There are now two fields for student emails:

  • Primary Email - the main email address
  • Alternative Emails - additional email addresses:


Each Alternative Email has to have a type (home, work, etc) of an email specified:



When sending a message to a student with multiple email addresses, you can select the addresses to which the email will be sent:



Note: The Primary Email is selected by default.


The Admin → Lists (Countries, …) → Alternative Email Titles page allows editing the list of student’s alternative emails types:
