Case: 

The balance due reminders should not be sent to military students because their study costs are covered by the Veteran Affairs (VA). But now the reminders are sent to all students and the military students cannot be excluded from the search results.

 

Problem:

How to prevent sending the balance due reminders to military students who should not receive it?

 

Solution:

The automatic balance due reminders can now be turned off for military students. The School Settings page now features the Exclude Military Students setting that allows defining the military types for the students that will not receive the balance due reminders with these types:



The Veteran Status field was added to the Search & Order panel at the Aging Summary Billing page. It allows to search students with or without the military data:
