Case:

Students pay some of the charges, e.g. registration fee, before signing the enrollment agreement. But when population it with a past due date such charges trigger a limitation that can only be ignonred with special permissions. This shows down student's signing the enrollment agreement. 


Problem:
How to populate the enrollment agreement without special permissions with past dates for the charges that are paid in advance?

 

Solution:

It’s now possible to populate the enrollment agreement, that contains charges with past dates if these charges are paid in advance no more than N days before a group start. This is applicable to the first population and all the following if the dates are not changed.

Note: N - is the value for the Number of Days Before Group Start Date to Populate Charges that Must be Paid in Advance setting at the School Settings page:



To define a charge as a charge to be paid before signing the enrollment agreement you should do the following:

  1. Open the Admin → Charges page.
  2. Click on the charge you need.
  3. You will see the Edit Charge panel open. There you should check the Must be Paid in Advance checkbox:



  4. Click the Save button.
