Case:
Licenses & Certificates (previously named Appropriate Licenses) field is in the student profile, however no ability to search by these parameters.
Problem:
How to quickly search all students by their licenses and certificates?
Solution:
Added the Licenses & Certificates search parameter to the Leads & Students page:
The Licenses & Certificates field at the Student "Name": Edit Enrolled page is changed to a select list. Multiple licenses/certificates can be added to this field with comments:
The Student "Name”: Lead Details page displays all the licenses/certificates of a student. All the changes made to the Licenses & Certificates field are logged in the comments of a student and to the System Journal:
The list of licenses and certificates is managed at the Admin → Lists (Countries, ...) → Licenses & Certificates page:
Most of the existing licenses and certificates were added to this list automatically. If any licenses and certificates are not recognized automatically, a separate group called NOT RECOGNIZED AUTOMATICALLY is created for them and the unrecognized parts are stored in the Comment field:
