Case:

The comments in a student profile can be marked as Hold. This function is obsolete and is not used. It will be replaced by other more universal functions.


Problem:

How to prevent unintended usage of this function?


Solution:

The Hold function at the Comments panel at the Student "Name": Lead Details page is removed as well as all its related permissions and functions.
