Case:
A financial aid advisor should not forget to fill the First Time Borrower field in a student’s payment plan.

Problem:
How to prevent a payment plan population with an empty First Time Borrower field?

Solution:
If the First Time Borrower field is empty, the following warning will be displayed when trying to populate a payment plan:


Note: The Populate PP without First Time Borrower permission allows to ignore this limitation.


The First Time Borrower field now also has the N/A option:
