Case:
There is a need to review and assess the effectiveness of the enrollment undertakings and analyze the conversion data.
Problem:
How to control fulfillment of Enrollments Goals in cohorts in GEGI?
Solution:
It's possible to control fulfillment of Enrollments Goals in cohorts using the Advisor Conversion Rates report:
You are able to compare target goals for cohorts with an actual state of things. It will help you to permanently control the enrollment process in the cohort and timely take appropriate measures. And it's possible to evaluate and compare the work efficiency of admission advisors.
Also charts can help you to compare Target and Actual values more conveniently:
When you select cohorts and click on the Chart for Selected Cohorts button, following chart will be displayed in pop up:
You will be able to configure following chart settings, when you click on the Configure Chart button:
Stage A to Stage B Rate means how many percent of students were changed from the stage A to the stage B. For example, "LEAD to ENROLLED Rate" means how many of all added leads were enrolled into the cohort.
Note: More information about student stages of pipeline you can find in the following article: What are the stages of pipeline? How many types of stages of pipeline are there?.
The number of students in the Target field is calculated by the total of stage B divided to conversion rate from stage A to stage B. For example, if 20 students are the target enrollment number and conversion rate from REGISTERED to ENROLLED is 80% then there should be at least 25 registered students (20 / 80 %).
