- Leads & Students page
Users with the following permissions:
- "Module" Documents and E-Sign Packages: Download
Case:
Users need to download a lot of documents of one or multiple students from GEGI. Downloading every document individually takes too much time and is not convenient.
Problem:
How to quickly and easily download the documents of one or multiple students?
Solution:
Added an ability to download the documents of one or multiple students in a single archive.
To download the documents of one student do the following:
- Open the Student "Name": Student Folders page.
- Select the required documents in the Student Folders panel.
- Click the corresponding item in the Actions drop-down menu above or below the Student Folderspanel:
- Download - download all selected documents as a single archive.
- Download (Merge PDFs) - download all selected files as a single archive. All PDF documents will be merged into a single PDF and added to the archive:
To download all the documents for multiple students do the following:
- Open the Leads & Students page, the Financial Module: Students page, or the Education Module: Students page.
- Select the students you need in the Students panel.
- Click the corresponding item in the Actions drop-down menu above or below the Studentpanel:
- Download Documents - all documents of the selected students will be downloaded as a single archive with a separate folder for each selected student.
- Download Documents (Merge PDFs for Each Student) - the same as the Download Documents option above but all PDF files will be merged into a single PDF for each student:
If the archive is not big, it will be downloaded quickly. If the archive is big, the archive is going to be processed for a certain time. When it is ready, the user will receive an email and a notification in GEGI with the archive download link.
Note: The download link is valid for 24 hours.
More information about downloading documents can be found in the following article - Downloading Multiple Documents as a single archive for one or more students.
Available since GEGI v4.10.0 (view release notes).
