Accounting:
- Revenue: Revenue is not accrued for the charges with zero amounts and the Revenue report is not identifying such cases as errors.

- SAP Rules: Decimal Numbers Are Allowed for Credit and Clock Hours.
- Method of Delivery: Added a configurable dictionary for the "Method of Delivery" values. Comments can be enabled for the dictionary values. See the article: How to Configure Courses?
Financial Aid:
- Financial Aid Plan: Added "SAP Rule is Not Met" to the list of values for "Financial Aid Status".
- Financial Aid Estimate: Added the ability to send the financial aid estimate directly from the "Financial Aid Estimate" page and added the corresponding field to the FA Tracking report. See the article: Financial Aid Estimates.
