Case:

You can work with reports for BPPE in GEGI.


Problem:

GEGI does not store the student’s licensure exam data.


Solution:

Added the needed fields to the placement record. In the program settings, you can define whether the licensure exam can be taken within the scope of the program:



Programs with licensure exams in the placement record will have the following fields:

  • Licensure Exam Taken — defines whether a student has taken the exam or not.
  • Licensure Exam Taken Date — the date when the student had taken the exam.
  • Licensure Exam Passed — the result of the exam.
  • Licensure Exam Passed on First Attempt — set if the exam was passed on the first attempt.
  • Licensure Exam Results Received Date — the date when the exam results have been received.
  • License Number — the number of the received license.



Also added the filters for new fields to the search panel on the Placement Records page:
