Accounting:
- Revenue Budget Configuration: Added settings to define the month when the book costs and other charges are accrued.
- Students can access the automatically generated documents. You can find more information in the following article: Student Folder Tab.
- Revenue Budget Configuration: Added the "Total" column to the "Months Settings" with the sum of clock hours (credit hours/days) and books per month.
- Revenue Report: Added "States", "States & Groups", "States & Programs" options to the "Show Revenue by" filter.
Education:
- CourseKey: Added CourseKey synchronization statuses on the following pages: "Education Group Details" и "Clinical Rotations".
- Student Transfer: Added the ability to change the course substitutes during a transfer.
Enrollment:
- Enrollment Agreement: Added the ability to select the value of the "Student Start Date in Group" field to the start date of the first course the student attends.
Financial Aid:
- Audit Reports: Added the Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment (FVT/GE) Students report.
- Originate & Disburse: Added the new "Grad PLUS" loan type.
- Originate & Disburse: Added the automatic disbursements creation and sending to COD.
- SAIG Mailbox: Updated file statuses in the Files from SAIG Mailbox report.
- Files From SAIG Mailbox: Added the ability to download the AHSI file type.
Leads & Students:
- Lead Details: Added the license plate and the parking pass number fields.
Online Payments:
- Registration to Group: Added the ability to get the student’s confirmation to allow Automatic Online Payments when registering in a group.
Placement:
- Placement Records: Added new fields for Information about the licensure exam.
Reporting System:
- Students Grading Report: Now shows instructors and the course type. Added the ability to filter by the date range for "Course Start Date".
