  • Leads/Students → Manage Cohort Goals


Case:

The goals of the existing cohorts are shown along with goals of the non-existing cohorts when viewing the cohort goals.

Having both types of goals/cohorts displayed distracts attention from the relevant information.Note: The goals for non-existing cohorts may appear when the group start dates change.

When the start dates change a new cohort is created. The new cohort will have the new dates. The old cohort will become "non-existing" and will keep the old dates.

 

Problem:

How to sort the goals by the existing and non-existing cohorts separately?


Solution:

Added the Show Goals search parameter to the Cohort Goals page with the following options:

  • All - all cohorts goals are shown
  • Cohorts Exist - existing cohorts goals are shown
  • Cohorts Not Exist - non-existing cohorts goals are shown:
