Withdrawal Worksheet: Added the signature for Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director in E-Sign Template

Locations:

• Student’s Data in Group → View Withdrawal Worksheet

Users with the following permissions: 

• Leads & Students → View Withdrawal Worksheet 
• Leads & Students → Edit Withdrawal Worksheet
• Education Documents and E-Sign Packages → Add

Case:

The Assistant Campus Director or the Campus Director signs the Student Withdrawal Worksheet.

Problem:

The current Student Withdrawal Worksheet e-sign template has no ability to put the Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director signature.

Solution:

Added the signature field for the Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director to the Withdrawal Worksheet e-sign template.

When creating the package, choose the signer for the Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director field:

The signed PDF will display the name of the user selected in the Assistant Campus Director/Campus Director field, the signing date, the signature, and the Academy Official Title:
