GEGI Student Management System (version 4.78.0)
Accounting:
- General Ledger Report: Added the "Student IDs" and the "Amount" filters to all accounts.
- Online Payments: The group list on the "Groups Registration" and the payment list on the "Online Payments" page now show contents according to the currently selected campus. Added data access validation depending on the currently selected campus and the campuses available to the user. The validation shows corresponding notifications if the user has no access.
- Online Payments: The tuition payment link can be added to the "Payment Due Statement" email.
- The "A/R" abbreviation is changed to "AR" in the GEGI documentation and interface.
- Transactions: Changed the automatic payments distribution with "Type of Grant or Loan" = "Private Loan". The estimated payments of this type do not reserve the FA charge amount for future payments.
Enrollment:
- Enrollment Agreement: Added validation that displays an error during the Enrollment Agreement populating if all courses are set as credit granted.
- Enrollment Agreement: When a student is transferred, the credit granted courses assigned in the Enrollment Agreement of the previous group will be automatically added as credit granted courses in the Enrollment Agreement of the new group.
- Transfer Credit Courses: Added the ability to add transfer credit courses to students and match them with the credit granted courses available to the student.
Financial Aid:
- Audit Reports: Added the Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment (FVT/GE) Programs report.
- Credit Balances for Refund: During the report generation, FA charges and FA payments are included within one group or the chain of transfer groups instead of the student’s balance for all groups.
- FA Tracking Form: Added the ability to track and monitor a student’s C-Flags.
- Satisfactory Academic Progress: A SAP rule cannot be deleted if it is met by at least one student.
Reporting System:
- Reporting System was updated to the current version.
Student Folders:
- E-Sign Templates: Added substitutes, allowing certain fields to be automatically filled when sending the E-Sign Package to the student:
Users:
- Added the "View GEGI as User" link to the "User" page. It allows logging in as the user into GEGI if you have the corresponding permission.
Other:
- Added the Main Menu search.
- User Notifications: Users can get notifications when new attendance records appear for students with the populated Withdrawal Worksheet according to their access to campuses and programs. It requires the following permission: "Receive emails about Attendance Logging for students with populated Withdrawal Worksheet form".
We continuously work on bug fixes and performance improvements. The information about such fixes and improvements is usually not included in the release notes.
