Deposits: Added the ability to mark deposits as "Reconciled with Bank"

Locations: 

• Financial → Financial Reports → Deposits

Users with the following permissions: 

• Financial → Received Payments → View Deposits

Case:

Users verify if the payments are correctly added to GEGI.

Problem:

There is no ability to mark a deposit as "verified" in GEGI.

Solution: 

Added the ability to mark a deposit as "Reconciled with Bank". If a deposit is marked as "Reconciled with Bank", the Deposit Details page will not allow deleting a payment from the deposit (the Actions column is removed).

Added the Reconciled with Bank column (with Yes/No values) to the Deposits page. 

Added the Reconciled with Bank (Yes/No) search parameter to the Search & Order panel as well:

Added the Reconciled with Bank checkbox to the Edit Deposit page:

If Reconciled with Bank is unchecked, the Deposit Details page will allow deleting a payment. Use the Remove from deposit action in the Actions drop-down menu:
