GEGI Student Management System (version 4.55.0)

Version 4.55.0 is currently in development and is planned to be completed by 10/27/2022. This table of contents will have further additions and the final version will be published on 10/20/2022.

Admin:

• Data Retention: Added the Deleting Old Data feature.

Billing:

• The "Bill" term is replaced with "Tuition Bill".

Education:

• Reports: Added the "Type of Funding" filter to the Student Attendance report. This filter allows filtering the students with specific estimated payment types in the Finacial Aid plans.

Financial:

• Added the ability to generate the W-9S form with prefilled student profile data.
• Online Payments: Added advanced forms. For more details, see the "Online Payments: Features and Settings" article.
• Reports:  Added the "Type of Funding" filter to the Scheduled Charges report. This filter allows filtering the students with specific estimated payment types in the Finacial Aid plans.

Financial Aid:

• Originate & disburse: Fixed the academic year date calculation for not full academic years.

Student Folders:

• Added Permission to View Documents with SSN.

The release notes in GEGI are published only for the most important changes. At the same time, we continuously work on bug fixes and performance improvements.
