- Added the ability to disable the "Send Bill by Email" checkbox for expected payments with a special permission.

- Enrollment Agreement: Added the ability to not charge for repeated courses.
- Enrollment Agreement: The address fields of a student must be filled to populate the Enrollment Agreement.

- General Ledger: Added the "Corresponding Account" filter to accounts.
- Periods: Added the requirement to enter a password when opening or closing periods.
- Revenue: Added the ability to add a comment for revenue adjustments.
- Revenue: Added the ability to add revenue adjustments to closed periods using a password.
- The sales receipts now follow the transaction workflow rules: open periods, closed, periods, and passworded input.
