Accounting:

• Balance Calculation: Added the ability to restore the automatically calculated values of the form fields.

Education:

• Courses Report: Added the "Scheduled Hours Differ From Course Hours" filter, the "Clock Hours in Course" and the "Scheduled Hours in Course" columns. See the article: Courses Report.
• Courses Report: Added the "Students Count" column.

Enrollment:

• Courses: Removed the "transfer substitute courses" function.

Financial:

• Online Payments: Added the ability to show additional text on the "Pay Additional Fees" page. Unique text can be configured for each sales receipt type.

Financial Aid:

• Financial Aid Plan: Added the ability to select the ISIR transaction number to the "Update Financial Aid Plans and FA Tracking Forms from ISIR" function. The number is used to retrieve data for updating. See the article: ISIR: Update Financial Aid Plan and FA Tracking Form Using the Data From ISIR Files.

Leads & Students:

• Changed the rules for switching the main stage of the pipeline.
• Added new rules for setting the official graduation date automatically.

Student Folders:

• E-Sign Packages: Updated the subject texts of all emails about e-sign package actions. Now the subject includes document names (ex. "E-Sign Package Partially Signed: Document Title (Group Name) and 2 More Documents"). The subject examples can be also found in the articles of the E-Sign Guide (RS4) section.

The release notes in GEGI are published only for the most important changes. At the same time, we continuously work on bug fixes and performance improvements. If you encounter a bug or performance issue that prevents you from working or makes your work difficult, please contact us to make sure we know about it and we will let you know once it is fixed.
