Accounting:

• Added the Revenue Variance.
• Financial Reports: 1098-T report has been updated to the year 2023.

Audit Reports:

• BPPE Reports: Added support for year 2022 reports.

Education:

• Logging grades and attendance for students in the ENROLLING stage of the pipelines is possible only with a special permission.
• Added the new "My Courses" page which is now an instructor’s starting page. It shows the instructor’s course lists: completed, current, and future.
• Courses Report: Added the "Actions" column and a link to the page for editing the course data in a group.

Financial Aid:

• Origination Fees: Dictionary values are added for each award year.

Placement:

• Placement Records: Added the ability to configure the "Employer’s Company Email" field output via presets.

Reporting System:

• Added Reporting System Guide.

Student Folders:

• E-Sign Templates: Added the ability to add a non-GEGI user as a signer. It will require defining the signer’s name and email when creating an e-sign package.
• The SSN can now be hidden in the downloaded documents with the "Contains SSN" property by selecting among the two modes: "Hidden SSN/ITIN" and "Last 4 Digits of SSN/ITIN".

Other:

• Data Retention: All data retention settings are grouped on a separate page: Data Retention Settings.
• Added an article: Integration With Different Systems and Services.

We continuously work on bug fixes and performance improvements. The information about such fixes and improvements is usually not included in the release notes.
