GEGI Student Management System (version 2026.10)

Version 2026.10 is currently in development and is planned to be completed by 29/10/2026. This table of contents will have further additions and the final version will be published on 29/10/2026.

Enrollment:

• Enrollment Agreement: Added the "Quarter" and "Semester" checkboxes to Section "A" of the Enrollment Agreement PDF. The appropriate checkbox is selected automatically based on the program type and term type, so the credit type no longer requires manual entry.
• Enrollment Agreement: Institutional Grants and Affiliation Discounts now reduce the "Cost per Hour" or "Cost per Credit" values in the EA. The reduction is based on the student’s course hours, so the final tuition fee scales proportionally with the student’s actual course load. The discounted tuition is reflected in the student’s AR Card, Revenue Report, and EA PDF.

Financial Aid:

• The "New Draft" and "Populate" actions are now separate for the Enrollment Agreement, Expected Payments, and Financial Aid Plan. This means that creating a draft or populating one document will not trigger similar actions for the other documents.

We continuously work on bug fixes and performance improvements. The information about such fixes and improvements is usually not included in the release notes. If you encounter a bug or performance issue that prevents you from working or makes your work difficult, please contact us to ensure we know about it.
