Accounting:
- Financial Reports: 1098-T report has been updated to the year 2022.
Updated the STRF Report и and the Calculate STRF function. See article Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF).
Revenue: Changed the revenue accrual algorithm for not FA charges. The charges are accrued only on the dates of the related courses.
Financial Reports: Added a column to the A/R Aging Summary report. The column shows the student’s payments sum for the selected period.
Audit Reports:
- Added a new "Audit Reports" main menu item where you can find BPPE Reports, System Journal Reports, and several other reports.
- BPPE Annual Report: Added the report to obtain Graduate Identification Data.
Financial Aid:
- College Financial Plan: Added the support for award year 2023-2024.
GEGI API:
- Added endpoints to obtain the list of programs, groups, courses, classes, and to log attendance.
- Added the endpoint to request to pay a specific amount in Online Payments.
Leads & Students:
Other:
- Added Two-Factor Authentication.
- Changed the pagination view in reports, added the ability to go to a specific page. See article Useful Interface Features in GEGI to Know.
- Removed the notification about data being updated on many pages. The data was updated by background processes. The notification is still shown only for the cases when the data updating has failed for technical reasons.
The release notes in GEGI are published only for the most important changes. At the same time, we continuously work on bug fixes and performance improvements. If you encounter a bug or performance issue that prevents you from working or makes your work difficult, please contact us to make sure we know about it and we will let you know once it is fixed.
