GEGI Student Management System (version 4.69.0)


Version 4.69.0 is currently in development and is planned to be completed by 12/28/2023. This table of contents will have further additions and the final version will be published on 12/28/2023.


Accounting:

  • Revenue: The revenue remainder for the current period is accrued on the last date of attendance for the dropped students with less than 60% of attendance in the clock-hour programs.


Audit Reports:

  • BPPE Annual Reports: Added information from placement records to the data for the "School Performance Fact Sheet".


Education:

  • Transcript PDF: Removed the "*Graduation requirements not met…" line.


Enrollment: 

  • Expected Payments: Added the ability to create recurring payments when adding payments.
  • Expected Payments: Added the ability to set the "Credit Balance Refund" property for payments and view such payments in the "Tuition Bills" report.


Financial Aid:


Leads & Students:

  • Leads & Students: Added the "Last Date of Attendance" field to the report and "Search & Order". The field is displayed for each group of a student.


Student Folders:

  • PDF Templates: Added new substitutions, additional template options, and the ability to add and modify certain signers in templates.


We continuously work on bug fixes and performance improvements. The information about such fixes and improvements is usually not included in the release notes.
